DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIAL CHILDREN’ S CLINIC, DON TUM HOSPITAL NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

This research was research and development aimed to study Problems of special children set guidelines for solving problems and the needs of each group. And develop a special clinic at
Don Tum Hospital Nakhon Pathom Province. Sample size were children 0-5 years who came to the Special Children's Clinic at Don Tum Hospital. Nakhon Pathom Province. Collect data from medical records and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by Frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation F-test by one way ANOVA technique Dependent t-test and Content Analysis.

The results of the study revealed that the comprehension of promoting child development of parents who receive special clinic services Don Tum Hospital Nakhon Pathom Province before receiving service overall and in each aspect moderate level after service overall and in each aspect at the very much level. Before and after receiving the service Overall and each aspect had a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level, with the mean score after service was higher than before. Satisfaction with the preparation process for providing services to the special children's clinic at Don Tum Hospital Nakhon Pathom Province after service overall and in each aspect at the very much level. Children who received services returned to their age, 50.0%, complete stimulation, 25.0% under stimulation, 12.5%, and referral to occupational therapist 12.5%.
