DEVELOPING SAFETY MEASURES FOR ORGANIZATION (COVID FREE SETTING) IN BANG LEN HOSPITAL, NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract

This research and development (Research and Development) with the purpose of studying the criteria, feasibility, situation according to the criteria and developing the service facility to comply with the criteria of safety measures for the organization (COVID Free Setting) in the hospital.
The sample group includes 169 related hospital personnel. Data was collected from the evaluation form for compliance with safety measures for the organization (COVID Free Setting) in the hospital and the data analysis questionnaire. By frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Dependent t-test and content analysis

Results: The results of the evaluation of the compliance with safety measures for the organization (COVID Free Setting) in the hospital passed all three criteria, as for the confidence in the safety measures for the organization (COVID Free Setting) in the hospital of Bang Len District Nakhon Pathom Province as a whole and in each aspect have a statistically significant difference at the .05 level, where after the implementation, there is a level of confidence in the safety measures for the organization. More than before the operation, both in terms of overall (p-value< 0.00), environmental (p-value< 0.00), safety personnel (p-value< 0.00), and safety users (p-value< 0.00).
