An order to transfer a government official or a transfer of a government official to perform any task is an exercise of administrative discretion in personnel management within a state agency for the greatest good of the agency's performance, but there is frequently a lawsuit filed with the Administrative Court to consider cancelling the order and requesting compensation.
Therefore, in order for individuals in positions of authority to be aware of best practices relating to the use of power in the transfer of government officials, this document is provided. The foundation
of the study of the Administrative Court's verdict on such matters is the fact that if a civil servant believes the transfer order to perform tasks is unfair, he or she has the right to file a lawsuit requesting that the Administrative Court rescind the transfer order. And if the order causes them to Be humiliated, ridiculed, or have their reputation tarnished, they will sue government agencies to compensate them for mental distress.
