Abstract

This research is action research. The research proposal is to investigate the operations situation and problems. This process of model development for improving the quality of life management by community participation. A sample group of 244 people were selected from government organization and community organizations. In studying information on knowledge, attitudes, and participation. Development of a sub-district model for quality of life. The researcher collected data using a questionnaire and analyze the data with Paired T-test and selected a sample group of 40 people, consisting of local organizations, government organizations and community organizations, to study qualitative data in the study on development of a sub-district model for quality of life management. Operations were carried out by communication and observation by community participation.

The results of the study found that the development of a sub-district model for quality of life management by participation of government organization and community organizations, follow up and summarize results in the process for development of a sub-district model for quality of life management 6 programs and when comparing average scores in terms of knowledge, attitude, and participation. Results of the operation before and after found that There is a statistically significant difference (p-value < 0.001).
