EFFECTS OF POSTPARTUM MATERNAL DISCHARGE PLANNING YASOTHON HOSPITAL

Postpartum maternal care focuses on equipping mothers with knowledge and skills to take care of themselves and their babies in order to keep mothers and babies healthy. Prevention of complications. the objectives of this research were 1) to develop a plan to discharge the mother after giving birth, 2) to study the effects of postpartum maternal discharge planning, including knowledge and skills in self-care and infant care, readmission rate in hospital. Maternal satisfaction after childbirth Personnel satisfaction the study method is quasi-experimental research conducted in obstetric wards. Yasothon Hospital 30 people.
The results showed that scores of knowledge and skills in self-care and postpartum mothers after the implementation of the distribution plan were statistically significantly higher than before the implementation of the distribution plan at 0.05. Maternal satisfaction scores after childbirth and personnel satisfaction with the distribution plan were among the most satisfactory.
Recommendations from research to monitor and evaluate the use of distribution planning models on a regular basis. The sample this time was small. In the next research, the number of samples should be increased, and mothers should be encouraged to review knowledge and skills from the manual through QR codes.
