BUSARAKHUM HOSPITAL DEVELOPMENT MODEL SERVICE SYSTEM IN COVID-19 AND PANDEMIC IN THE FUTURE, TO EXPAND RESULTS IN THE AREA

The objective was to develop the model service system for COVID-19 in Busarakhum Hospital by using purposive sampling. They were divided into two groups: Group 1 was composed of 10
directors related to the service system using in-depth interviews; Group 2 comprised 30 officers responsible for the service system using questionnaires. The reliability of the tools was 0.79.
The researchers analyze the data using descriptive statistics, percentage, average (), and standard deviation (S.D.).
The study found that directors give priority to policy formulation, policy implementation, and supporting health services systems, including technology application development for service systems for evaluation. The officers responsible for the service system agree that Busarakhum hospital is available for COVID-19 management at a high level ( = 4.02, S.D. = 0.73). Key success factors for the service system are good cooperation and shared job responsibilities.
Recommendations from the research suggest the need for proactive emergency preparedness planning for potential outbreaks of new infectious diseases. Swift management and coordination of service systems are essential. Centralized units should collaborate to establish guidelines, standards, regulations, and legal frameworks to effectively respond to future situations that may arise.
