Utilization of Dental Services among the Elderly in Thaluang District, Lopburi Province

This cross-sectional study aims to assess the behavior of using dental services among the elderly and factors related to the utilization of dental services among the elderly aged 60-75 years who lived in Tha Luang District, Lopburi Province. A total of 175 people used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Distribution of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Inductive statistics were used to test the hypothesis using the Chi-square statistic. and multiple logistic regression statistics at a significance level of 0.05
The results showed that the behavior of using dental services among the elderly in Tha Luang District Lopburi Province Going to use dental services in the service center in the past 1 year, 39.40 percent. Elderly people who used dental services in the past 1 year, the most recent time they went to use dental services was to have their teeth extracted, 71.00 percent. Factors related to Use dental services for the elderly Statistically significant (p-value <0.05) includes the contributing factor: traveling to receive services. And health factors are having problems that require seeing a dentist. Current tooth decay and having problems chewing food.
