ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาวะทางเพศกับคุณภาพชีวิตของสตรีสูงอายุ

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) สุขภาวะทางเพศและคุณภาพชีวิตของสตรีสูงอายุ และ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาวะทางเพศกับคุณภาพชีวิตของสตรีสูงอายุ
การออกแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายความสัมพันธ์
การดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีสูงอายุที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไปเป็น สมาชิกชมรมผู้สูงอายุในสังกัดสหพันธ์ชมรมผู้สูงอายุกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 200 รายได้มาโดย
การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น การเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วน บุคคล แบบสอบถามสุขภาวะทางเพศในสตรีสูงอายุ และแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุไทย ระหว่าง เดือนสิงหาคม ถึงพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2560 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย และการหาค่า
สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ .05
ผลการวิจัย: พบว่าสตรีสูงอายุกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนสุขภาวะทางเพศด้านร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ และสังคม และโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านสัมพันธภาพความรักอยู่ในระดับดี สำหรับ คุณภาพชีวิตด้านจิตใจและสังคม และโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านร่างกายและด้านจิตวิญญาณ อยู่ในระดับดี สุขภาวะทางเพศโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวม
และรายด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .449, p <.001; r = .391 - .441; p < .001 ตามลำดับ) และสุขภาวะทางเพศรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมและรายด้านอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .333 - .402, p < .001; r = .240 - .405 ; p < .001 ตามลำดับ)
ข้อเสนอแนะ: ผลการศึกษาช่วยให้ผู้ให้บริการทางสุขภาพเข้าใจถึงสุขภาวะทางเพศและ คุณภาพชีวิตของสตรีสูงอายุ และสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการวางแผนส่งเสริม สุขภาวะทางเพศเพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของสตรีสูงอายุให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
