ความเป็นมาและวัตถุประสงค์: หน่วยจ่ายกลางและทำให้ปราศจากเชื้อเป็นระบบสนับสนุนสำคัญของการผ่าตัดและหัตถการที่ใช้เครื่องมือแพทย์แบบใช้ซ้ำ โดยมีการใช้พลังงาน น้ำ วัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ และก่อให้เกิดของเสียอย่างต่อเนื่อง อย่างไรก็ตาม โรงพยาบาลส่วนใหญ่ยังขาดกรอบการคำนวณคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ที่เชื่อมโยงกับการปฏิบัติงานจริงและแปลงผลลัพธ์เป็นตัวชี้วัดที่ใช้ตัดสินใจได้ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอกรอบการคำนวณคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ของกระบวนการทำให้ปราศจากเชื้อในหน่วยจ่ายกลาง โดยบูรณาการมิติคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน และความยั่งยืน วิธีการศึกษา: บทความวิชาการเชิงสังเคราะห์และเชิงวิธีวิทยา โดยพัฒนากรอบการคำนวณจากแนวคิดการทำบัญชีคาร์บอนเชิงกระบวนการและการประเมินวงจรชีวิต ครอบคลุม 7 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การกำหนดขอบเขตและหน่วยหน้าที่ การจัดทำฐานข้อมูลชุดเครื่องมือ การเก็บข้อมูลกิจกรรมรายวันของเครื่องล้างและเครื่องนึ่ง การคำนวณคาร์บอนต่อรอบเครื่องจากข้อมูลกิจกรรมและปัจจัยการปล่อย การจัดสรรคาร์บอนสู่ระดับชุดและเครื่องมือรายชิ้น การรวมผลกระทบจากระบบห่อหุ้มปราศจากเชื้อและการจัดการของเสีย และการเชื่อมโยงผลลัพธ์สู่ระดับเคสผ่าตัด ผลการศึกษา: กรอบที่เสนอทำให้คาร์บอนต่อรอบเครื่องเป็นค่าตั้งต้นที่ตรวจสอบได้ และสามารถจัดสรรเป็นคาร์บอนต่อชุด ต่อเครื่องมือ และต่อเคสผ่าตัด ตัวชี้วัดดังกล่าวสะท้อนประสิทธิภาพการใช้ความจุเครื่อง การทำซ้ำจากเหตุการณ์คุณภาพ การเลือกบรรจุภัณฑ์ และเส้นทางการจัดการของเสีย พร้อมกำหนดจุดควบคุมคุณภาพในแต่ละขั้นตอนเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยและบุคลากร สรุป: กรอบการคำนวณนี้เป็นเครื่องมือเชิงระบบสำหรับหน่วยจ่ายกลางที่ทำซ้ำได้ โปร่งใส และใช้สนับสนุนการตัดสินใจด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และความยั่งยืน ทั้งยังเป็นฐานสำหรับการทดสอบในระบบงานจริงและการพัฒนาค่าคาร์บอนอ้างอิงของโรงพยาบาลต่อไป
