The Siriraj Medical Bulletin (SMB) is an open access, peer-reviewed, quarterly national journal that considers articles on all aspects of health sciences on the basis of its originality, importance, interdisciplinary interest, timeliness, accessibility, elegance and surprising conclusions.

Studies must be scientifically valid; for research articles this includes a scientifically sound research question, the use of suitable methods and analysis, and following community-agreed standards relevant to the research field.

The SMB has a focus on publishing academic works that present an inter-disciplinary content of the health sciences. The journal has clear ethical policies and follows the double-blinded peer review process for all the submissions to the journal.

The SMB is indexed in the national database for journals. It is indexed in Tier 2 database of the Thailand Citation Index Center (TCI)
