บทคัดย่อ
นวัตกรรมบริการสุขภาพเชิงรุกพัฒนาขึ้นจากความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติชุมชน ถือเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้ และทำให้องค์กรพยาบาลประสบความสำเร็จสำหรับองค์กรพยาบาลผู้นำทางพยาบาลควรเตรียมความพร้อมในการส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ทั้งของตนเอง และทีมการพยาบาลควบคู่ไปกับการส่งเสริมหรือพัฒนาความสามารถด้านอื่นๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนางานบริการพยาบาลให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลตามความต้องการของนโยบายไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ซึ่งจะสะท้อนถึงคุณภาพการให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้บริการด้วยเพื่อไปสู่เป้าหมายการพัฒนานวัตกรรมบริการสุขภาพเชิงรุกลงสู่การปฏิบัติหนึ่งในบทบาทสำคัญของพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติชุมชนที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาดังกล่าวคือ ความสามารถในการกระตุ้นความคิดเชิงวิพากษ์และความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ที่มีอยู่ในบุคลากรพยาบาลทุกคนและร่วมพัฒนาต่อยอดนวัตกรรมการบริการสุขภาพในองค์กรพยาบาลที่ยั่งยืนต่อไป
