บทคัดย่อ
การรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงของการตั้งครรภ์เป็นความคิดความรู้สึกและความตระหนักของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ต่อลักษณะ และความรุนแรงของภาวะเสี่ยง/ภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่มีผลต่อสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ทารกในครรภ์ และทารกแรกเกิด ซึ่งการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงของการตั้งครรภ์มีส่วนสำคัญที่ทำให้เกิดแรงจูงใจและมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกปฏิบัติพฤติกรรม การดูแลสุขภาพที่เหมาะสมตามภาวะเสี่ยงนั้น พยาบาลจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงของการตั้งครรภ์ด้วยการประเมินการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงและภาวะแทรกซ้อนของการตั้งครรภ์โดยเลือกใช้เครื่องมือที่มีประสิทธิภาพนำไปสู่การส่งเสริมให้หญิงตั้งครรภ์มีการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงตามความเป็นจริงสอดคล้องกับบุคลากรทางสุุขภาพ ซึ่่งช่วยให้เกิด การยอมรับและปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำได้อย่างเหมาะสม ช่วยลดโอกาสในการเกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ ของการตั้งครรภ์ และการคลอด รวมถึงลดโอกาสในการเสียชีวิตของทั้งมารดา ทารกในครรภ์และทารกแรกเกิดได้
