ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ความรู้ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 ของบุคลากรและนักศึษาพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรู้ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากอาจารย์พยาบาล บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนและนักศึกษาพยาบาล โดยวิธีสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิจำนวน 125 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบออนไลน์เครื่องมือการวจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรู้เรื่องโรค แบบสอบถามความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาของเครื่องมือโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 ท่าน ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามความรู้และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 ด้วย KR-20 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ. 73 และ .79 ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพด้วย Cronbach’s alpha coefficient ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าอาจารย์บุคลากและนักศึกษามีความรู้เรื่องโรคอยู่ในระดับดีมาก( =14.88, SD=.14) ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดี (
=122.33, SD=12.76) และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก(
=11.92, SD=.30) ส่วนความรู้เรื่องโรคและความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 แบบไม่มีนัยสำคัญ (r=.001, p-value=.995; r=.042, p-value=.641 ตามลำดับ) เพื่่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคโควิด-19 ของกลุ่มบุคลากรและนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่มีระดับดีมากให้ยั่งยืนจึงควรให้การสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์การป้องกันโรคและการแพร่กระจ่ายเชื้อให้เพียงพอและต่อเนื่อง
