Classroom research about Safety Monitoring on the Food sanitary in restaurant

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to add the effectiveness active learning on teaching about monitoring the safety of food sanitation in restaurant using the SI2 and Food Monitoring form of Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health [MOPH].Samples were 35 students from 1 room. This methodology research have test before study, study knowledge and tool kit, practice on situation, test after and verification by curriculum. committee. Result of study finding to students have effective scored test more than 80% and pass satisfaction verification by curriculum. committee.Satisfaction of student about various teaching method, technique for learner developer , dynamic and diversity of teaching , built to learning environment more than 80 %.Suggestion form study will to adding report writing and suggestion to restaurant on have wrong situation and student comment to best on tool kit use effective co-operation manual form of Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health [MOPH]to support understanding restaurant and stakeholder.
