Abstract

This research aims to study on dysmenorrhea (Lohidpokatitod as per Mahachotarat Scripture) among students in the Sakon Nakhon campus. The sample used in this research was 204 students of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Sakon Nakhon Campus, which was the first year to the three years.   The data was collected between January - February, 2019 by using questionnaire was improved and amended to confirm appropriate according to theory of Thai Traditional Medicine in Mahachotarat Scripture. In ducation, the study was found that there was 21 students with the blood formed by heart (10.24%); 21 students with blood formed bile (6.37%); 13 students with blood formed skin texture (2.45%); 5 students with blood formed tendon (56.37%); 115 students with blood formed bone (24.50%); 50 students.


From the data showing the measurement of menstrual pain in the past 3 months. It was found that 54 students with menstrual pain level 5-6 (moderate pain) accounted for 42.18 percent. There are 49 students who have menstruation level 3-4 (have some pain), accounting for 38.28%. There are 17 students who have menstruation level 7-8 (severe pain), accounting for 13.28%, respectively. The results of this study can be used as basic information in Thai traditional medicine which leads to in-depth research which leads to an understanding of the characteristics of menstrual pain. Dysmenorrhea Among of (Lohidpokatitod) Mahachotarat’s Scripture according to the more sacred scriptures.
