Abstract
The majority of skin issues include dark spots, blemishes, acne, and dehydration. The study aimed to assess satisfaction and investigate consumer behaviors regarding the usage of body lotion derived from Stemona tuberosa Lour. Extractof 200 volunteers in Nakhon Si Thammarat who were between the ages of 20 and 60. This study is quantitative research. The research instrument is a questionnaire, and the data is analyzed by finding percentages, means, standard deviations, t-test statistics, and Chi-Square test by determining statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
According to the finding, the majority of the volunteers in this study were women. Their top three preferences were the scent of body care products, moisture, and skin penetration. In addition, this lotion had received an excellent overall satisfaction rating. Regarding product usage patterns and behaviors, the volunteer favored using cream over alternative formulations. Furthermore, the most common reasons volunteers bought products were those that they read online reviews and ordered through online media. Altogether, this study had the potential to increase the value of Thai herbs, and farming this herb could be a viable option for Thai farmers if it is widely accepted. Furthermore, this herb might also be used in future commercial and marketing. If this herb gains widespread acceptance and has the potential to grow economically, this study could be useful in adding value to Thai herbs and serving as a substitute for other community jobs. Entrepreneurs can use this to plan future marketing.
