ความต้องการของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บสมองรุนแรงก่อนการวางแผนจำหน่าย: การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยาย

ผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บสมองรุนแรงมีความจำเป็นต้องได้รับการฟื้นฟูสภาพที่เหมาะสมก่อนกลับบ้าน การประเมินความต้องการของญาติผู้ดูแลจึงเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายเกี่ยวกับความต้องการของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บสมองรุนแรงก่อนการวางแผนจำหน่าย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บสมองรุนแรง จำนวน 15 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2566 - 18 เมษายน 2567 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความต้องการของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บสมองรุนแรงก่อนการวางแผนจำหน่ายแยกเป็น 5 ประเด็นหลัก ดังนี้ 1) การเตรียมตัวของผู้ดูแล ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ ด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านฝึกทักษะการดูแลผู้ป่วย และด้านอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ 2) การดูแลผู้ป่วย ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ การดูแลกิจวัตรประจำวันทั่วไป การทำความสะอาดแผลเจาะคอและท่อหลอดลมคอ การฟื้นฟูสภาพร่างกาย และการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อน 3) ผลกระทบของผู้ดูแล ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ ด้านร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ ด้านสังคม และด้านเศรษฐกิจ 4) การสนับสนุนของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ การติดตามเยี่ยมบ้าน การให้คำแนะนำทางแอปพลิเคชั่นไลน์ และสื่อการสอนสำหรับผู้ดูแล และ 5) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ ด้านอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย และด้านสวัสดิการทางสังคม ผลการวิจัยนี้ช่วยให้บุคลากรสุขภาพเข้าใจความต้องการของผู้ดูแล และสามารถนำมาพัฒนาโปรแกรมการวางแผนจำหน่ายสำหรับพยาบาลในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บสมองระดับรุนแรงต่อไป
