บทคัดย่อ

ความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเป็นสมรรถนะสำคัญที่ส่งเสริมการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมและการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับทักษะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ 2) ระดับคุณลักษณะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ 3) เปรียบเทียบทักษะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ และคุณลักษณะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1–4 จำนวน 186 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลเชิงผู้ประกอบการ แบบประเมินทักษะ และ แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (โดยแบบประเมินทักษะและคุณลักษณะฯ ใช้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นจากการศึกษาก่อนหน้า) มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (S-CVI) เท่ากับ 0.90, 1.00 และ 0.98 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98, 0.71 และ 0.83 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีทักษะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.36) และคุณลักษณะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.17) โดยนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในทั้งสองด้าน ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลเชิงผู้ประกอบการด้านการเรียนรู้มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือความสามารถในตนเองและทัศนคติต่อความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ผลการวิเคราะห์ MANOVA พบว่า นักศึกษาที่มีระดับทัศนคติ ความสามารถในตนเอง และการเรียนรู้แตกต่างกัน มีคะแนนความเป็นผู้ประกอบการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ขณะที่ชั้นปีและเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมไม่ส่งผลต่อคะแนนความเป็นผู้ประกอบการโดยรวม ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกควรมุ่งสร้างทัศนคติ ความสามารถในตนเอง และการเรียนรู้ เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้ประกอบการและเป็นแนวทางพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระบบสุขภาพยุคดิจิทัล
