บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์:เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดจากการทำงานกับพลังสุขภาพจิต
และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมกับพลังสุขภาพจิตของพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน
ในพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยจังหวัดชายแดนใต้
การออกแบบการวิจัย:การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา
การดำเนินการวิจัย:กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลทุกคนที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน
ในพื้นที่ที่เผชิญกับเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบบ่อยครั้งที่สุดใน 10 อันดับแรก จำนวน 172 รายเครื่องมือ
ที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปแบบสอบถามความเครียดจากการทำงานแบบประเมิน
การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสอบถามพลังสุขภาพจิต ซึ่งแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรที่ศึกษา
ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน และทดสอบความเที่ยงด้วย
สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .94, .91, และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ
เชิงบรรยายและสถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความเครียดจากการทำงานและคะแนนเฉลี่ยพลัง
สุขภาพจิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คะแนนเฉลี่ยการสนับสนุนทางสังคมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรที่ศึกษา พบว่า ความเครียดจากการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบใน
ระดับปานกลางกับพลังสุขภาพจิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = -.34, p <.001) ส่วนการสนับสนุน
ทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับพลังสุขภาพจิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r= .27,
p <.001)
ข้อเสนอแนะ:องค์กรและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรหาแนวทางการส่งเสริมพลังสุขภาพจิต
โดยการลดความเครียดจากการทำงานและคงไว้ซึ่งการสนับสนุนทางสังคมของพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงาน
ในหน่วยงานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินในพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยจังหวัดชายแดนใต
