วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่พักอาศัยเหนือ เขื่อนสิริกิติ์ จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์
การออกแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย
การดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ที่พักอาศัยเหนือเขื่อนสิริกิติ์อย่างน้อย 6 เดือน ทั้งเพศชาย และเพศหญิง อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 231 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และคุณภาพชีวิต ระยะเวลาการศึกษาตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน - พฤษภาคม 2564 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปด้วยสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ ความสัมพันธ์โดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย: คุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนที่พักอาศัยเหนือเขื่อนสิริกิติ์ จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง (X=91.72, SD =10.66) ปัจจัยทำนายคุณภาพชีวิต ได้แก่ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β=.268, p<.01) การเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ (β=.211, p<.01) พฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ (β=.303, p<.01) และอายุ (β= -.141, p=.01)ซึ่งสามารถร่วมทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตได้ ร้อยละ 33.6
ข้อเสนอแนะ: สำหรับผู้บริหารและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตแก่ประชาชน ที่พักอาศัยเหนือเขื่อนสิริกิติ์ในการกำหนดนโยบาย การจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและส่งเสริม การเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพของประชาชน แสวงหาแหล่งช่วยเหลือต่าง ๆ ในชุมชน เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ ประชาชนมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นและยั่งยืนต่อไป
