• Author Responsibilities
    • Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not have been previously published, either in whole or in part, in any public medium, including websites, electronic platforms, printed publications, journals, books, magazines, or other forms of publication. Manuscripts must also not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
    • Authors should follow the journal formats when preparing a manuscript and presenting accurate data, sufficient details, and references, and correct interpretation without bias. Inaccurate statements are unacceptable and unethical.
    • Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and ethical conduct of the research. They must comply with the institution's regulations and ethical standards.
    • Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Any form of research misconduct is strictly prohibited, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, falsification or fabrication of data, inappropriate manipulation of images, and improper authorship attribution.
    • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted materials, including images, tables, figures, or other content, from the copyright holder before submission.
    • Authors must ensure that the identity and personal information of patients are protected and must not disclose identifiable patient information in photographs, images, or any part of the manuscript without appropriate consent.
    • All co-authors must be informed of and approve the submission of the manuscript to the journal. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all authors have reviewed, revised according to peer reviewers’ suggestion, and approved the final version of the manuscript and agreed to its submission.
    • Authors should disclose any potential conflict of interest or financial and personal relationships with others that could influence the submitted work in the disclosure section.
  • Editor Responsibilities
    • The Editorial Board shall receive submitted manuscripts and manage the manuscript evaluation process through a double-blind peer review system for publication in the journal.
    • The Editorial Board shall oversee the peer review process to ensure that manuscripts are consistent with the aims and scope of the journal.
    • The Editorial Board shall support and promote the expression of academic opinions by authors within the framework of ethics and morality.
    • The Editorial Board shall maintain the quality standards of the journal and continuously improve the journal in accordance with international standards.
    • The Editorial Board shall not accept manuscripts containing plagiarism, duplication, falsification, fabrication, or any violations of ethics, institutional regulations, or legal requirements.
    • The Editorial Board shall continuously improve and maintain the academic quality of the journal.
    • The Editorial Board shall perform its duties impartially and without bias toward authors or reviewers.
    • The Editorial Board shall not hold personal opinions unrelated to the academic content of the manuscript when making editorial decisions or evaluating manuscripts.
    • The Editorial Board shall not seek personal gain from the publication process, either directly or indirectly, for themselves or affiliated parties.
    • The Editorial Board shall not disclose the identity of authors, reviewers, or evaluators to unrelated individuals.
    • The Editorial Board shall not disclose personal information of authors or any personal data contained in manuscripts unless authorized by the individuals concerned.
    • In the event of any dispute or issue that cannot be resolved, the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board shall jointly make decisions based on collective academic judgment and consensus.
  • Reviewer Responsibilities
    • Reviewers shall evaluate manuscripts with integrity and in accordance with their academic expertise.
    • Reviewers shall not disclose the identity of authors before the publication of the manuscript.
    • Reviewers shall be informed to follow
    • Reviewers shall notify the Editorial Board if they identify any conflict of interest related to the manuscript under consideration.
    • Reviewers shall not use manuscripts under review, or the findings contained therein, for their own benefit.
    • Reviewers shall maintain confidentiality regarding the manuscript review process and shall notify the Editorial Board if they require additional time for revision, manuscript evaluation, or review completion.
    • Reviewers shall complete the review process within the timeframe specified by the Editorial Board.
  • Publisher Responsibilities
    • The Publisher shall support the publication of high-quality scholarly works in accordance with ethical and international publishing standards.
    • The Publisher shall ensure editorial independence and support a fair, transparent, and confidential peer review process.
    • The Publisher shall uphold publication ethics, including policies on plagiarism, duplicate publication, falsification, fabrication, and conflicts of interest.
    • The Publisher shall protect copyright, intellectual property rights, and the confidentiality of all parties involved in the publication process.
    • The Publisher shall cooperate with the Editorial Board in addressing ethical issues, corrections, retractions, or publication misconduct.
