Abstract

Background: The purpose of this developmental
study was to develop clinical practice guideline for
nurse anesthetist taking care of patients receiving
general anesthesia for coronary artery bypass graft
(CABG) surgery in Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai
Hospital. Methods: 1) review the evidence-based
practice. 2) compliance the evidence-based practice.
3) develop clinical practice guideline of patients
receiving general anesthesia for coronary artery
bypass graft (CABG) surgery and to assessment
clinical practice guideline by 3 professional persons.
4) assess the quality of clinical practice guidelines
by 30 nurse anesthetists Results: before, during
and after general anesthesia found that all nurse
anesthetists can compliance clinical practice
guidelines. Conclusion: The development of an
efficient and effective clinical practice guideline
must consider about communication and teaching
practices for patient care quality according to the
standards of nurse anesthetist practice.
