การศึกษาเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง: ความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษาและสถานบริการสุขภาพในชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ
สถาบันการศึกษา และสถานบริการ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุ ขมีภารกิจในการผลิตและพัฒนากำลังคนด้าน สาธารณสุขเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการที่เน้นการบริการดูแลสุขภาพและความเจ็บป่วยของประชาชนในชุมชน ตลอดจน การรองรับต่อระบบบริการสุขภาพของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขการตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการสร้างคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ในการบริการสุขภาพด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ในองค์กรจึงเป็นการสร้างคนคุณภาพให้กับท้องถิ่น ชุมชน สังคมและ ประเทศชาติอีกแนวทางหนึ่ง ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีส่วนสำคัญต่อระบบการเปลี่ยนแปลงการศึกษาในแต่ละแห่ง โดยมี การบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง 3 อย่าง คือ 1) การเปลี่ยนแปลงการเรียนรู้2) การเปลี่ยนแปลงหลักสูตร และ 3) การ เปลี่ยนแปลงการจัดการ โดยกำหนดเป้าหมายร่วมกันเป็นเครือข่ายเพื่อขับเคลื่อน “การสร้างวิถี คุณธรรม จริยธรรมใน การบริการสุขภาพด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์” ของสถาบันการศึกษาสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนกกับสถานบริการสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุ ขซึ่งเป็นแหล่งฝึกการปฏิบัติภาคสนาม ผ่านการปลูกฝังอัตลักษณ์ การบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็น มนุษย์ ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมาเกือบทศวรรษ (พ.ศ. 2554-2562) นั่นเป็นต้นทุนองค์ความรู้การสร้างวิถีคุณธรรมนำการพัฒนาเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทรัพยากรบุคคลที่มีคุณภาพของชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม สนองต่อนโยบายด้านการ พัฒนากำลังคนให้แก่ประเทศชาติ ด้านการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม
