การพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดตรัง ด้วยกระบวนการของชมรมทูบีนัมเบอร์วัน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดตรัง ด้วยกระบวนการของชมรมทูบีนัมเบอร์วัน และ เพื่อประเมนิ ประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบใช้กระบวนการวิจัยและพัฒนา 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) การสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการของชมรมทูบีนัมเบอร์วัน 3) การทดลองใช้และประเมนิ ผลรูปแบบและ 4) การปรับปรุงและแก้ไขรูปแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานคือ นักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดตรัง ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 265 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างร่วมสร้างรูปแบบคือ ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย จำนวน 27 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบ คือ นักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดตรัง ปี การศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 378 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการศึกษาเอกสารการสนทนากลุ่ม การทำ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบหลายขั้นตอนและการทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษา พบว่า รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการของชมรมทูบีนัมเบอร์วัน พัฒนาขึ้นตามนโยบาย ยุทธศาสตร์ และกิจกรรมของชมรมทูบีนัมเบอร์วัน โดยผู้วิจัยประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ทางสังคม มาออกแบบรูปแบบกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษา แบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน
คือ ขั้นสร้างแรงจูงใจ ขั้นพัฒนา และขั้นปลูกฝังผลการประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบ พบว่า ผลของการใช้รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะด้วยกระบวนการทูบีนัมเบอร์วันทำให้นักศึกษาได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริงในกิจกรรมจิตอาสาระดับจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษารายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการรู้คิดด้านเจตคติ และด้านพฤติกรรม หลังการใช้รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะด้วยกระบวนการของชมรมทูบีนัมเบอร์วันสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้รูปแบบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ <.001
