บทคัดย่อ
สิ่งแปลกปลอมที่กล่องเสียง ถึงแม้จะพบได้น้อย แต่อันตรายอาจทำให้เสียชีวิตได้จากภาวะ อุดกั้นทางเดินหายใจ นำเสนอผู้ป่วยที่มีสิ่งแปลกปลอมที่กล่องเสียงที่รักษาในโรงพยาบาลบุรีรัมย์ รวบรวมและสรุปรายงานเกี่ยวกับโรคนี้
รายงานผู้ป่วย: ผู้ป่วยชายไทย อายุ39 ปี เสียงแหบมา2 เดือน หายใจขัดเล็กน้อย เคยมีประวัติ อุบัติเหตุรถล้มจนสลบ จากการตรวจร่างกายสงสัยว่ามีสิ่งแปลกปลอมที่กล่องเสียงหลังจากได้รับการ ส่องกล้องตรวจกล่องเสียง พบว่ามีฟันปลอมติดที่กล่องเสียงตำแหน่งต่ำกว่าสายเสียง ได้รับการผ่าตัด นำสิ่งแปลกปลอมออก ผลการรักษาดี
