เนื้องอกตับอ่อนชนิด Solid Pseudopapillary Tumor: รายงานผู้ป่วยและทบทวนวารสาร

บทคัดย่อ
รายงานผู้ป่วยหญิงไทยอายุ 16 ปี มาด้วยอาการปวดจุกแน่นท้องใต้ลิ้นปี่มา 1 สัปดาห์ ตรวจอัลตราซาวด์พบก้อนที่ช่องท้องด้านซ้ายบน ตรวจเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์พบก้อนถุงน้ำขนาดใหญ่ที่ตับอ่อนส่วนปลาย และได้รับการส่องกล้องอัลตราซาวด์และใช้เข็มตัดชิ้นเนื้อมาตรวจ ผลชิ้นเนื้อพบ epithelial tumor สงสัย solid pseudopapillary tumor ผู้ป่วยได้รับการผ่าตัด distal pancreatectomy และ splenectomy ผลการตรวจทางพยาธิวิทยาให้การวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นเนื้องอกตับอ่อนชนิด Solid pseudopapillary tumor ไม่พบภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการผ่าตัด ติดตามการรักษาด้วยเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์หลังผ่าตัด 8 เดือน ไม่พบเนื้องอกกลับเป็นซ้ำหรือการกระจายไปที่อวัยวะอื่น แต่ยังต้องติดตามดูอาการในระยะยาวต่อไป
