Development of Resuscitation Learning Center Sakon Nakhon Hospital

Abstract

Background: In Thailand, Medical professionals are frequently trained in resuscitation and Sakon Nakhon Hospital has improved resuscitation for medical and nursing personnel continuously. The study aims to study the effectiveness of the development of a resuscitation learning center at Sakon Nakhon Hospital. The results of the study will be used to improve advanced life support teaching to prepare for the establishment of an advanced life support teaching center at Sakon Nakhon Hospital.
Methods: The quasi-experimental research. The participants include 50 medical and nurses in the project resuscitation at Sakon Nakhon Hospital under the training of the Sakon Nakhon Hospital Resuscitation Learning Center in fiscal year 2023. The instruments were knowledge assessment, resuscitation skills assessment, and satisfaction assessment. Assess knowledge and resuscitation skills before and after and satisfaction. Data analyze descriptive statistics and Z-test
Results: The knowledge and resuscitation skills of medical professionals were ncreased before raining (p-value < 0.001) and the participants were most satisfied with all aspects of the raining program.
Conclusion: The positive project outcomes are reflected in the research findings. dditionally, ongoing projects should be planned to broaden the outcomes to the responsible area and help officials at all levels improve their knowledge and resuscitation skills.
