บทคัดย่อ
โรคเท้าปุก เป็นภาวะเท้าผิดรูปแต่กำเนิด ลักษณะเด่นคือ เท้าบิดเข้าด้านใน อุ้งเท้าเว้าสูง ฝ่าเท้าหงายขึ้น ข้อเท้าและหลังเท้าจิกลง ปัจจุบันยังไม่ทราบสาเหตุของการเกิดที่แน่ชัด ในช่วงเป็นทารกมักไม่เจ็บปวด แต่หากไม่ได้รับการรักษา อาจเกิดความพิการถาวร ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเคลื่อนไหวและคุณภาพชีวิตในระยะยาว การรักษาที่ได้ผลดีที่สุดในปัจจุบัน คือ วิธีพอนเซติ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการใส่เฝือก การเจาะเอ็นร้อยหวาย และการใส่รองเท้าพยุงเท้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง พยาบาลมีบทบาทสำคัญตั้งแต่การคัดกรองผู้ป่วยแรกเกิดเพื่อให้ได้รับการรักษาอย่างทันท่วงที การดูแลผู้ป่วยระหว่างกระบวนการรักษา การให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ดูแลเกี่ยวกับการดูแลเฝือก การสังเกตภาวะแทรกซ้อน และเน้นย้ำความสำคัญของการใส่รองเท้าพยุงเท้าตามแผนการรักษา เพื่อป้องกันการกลับเป็นซ้ำและส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีในระยะยาว โดยบทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเท้าปุก ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การวินิจฉัย แนวทางการรักษา ไปจนถึงบทบาทของพยาบาลในกระบวนการรักษาด้วยวิธีพอนเซติ โดยมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับการดูแลอย่างปลอดภัย ลดความวิตกกังวลของผู้ดูแล และได้รับคำแนะนำอย่างเหมาะสม
