ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ: กรณีศึกษาโรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยแบบบรรยายเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือพยาบาลวิชาชีพคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด จำนวน 258 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม 6 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) พฤติกรรมการบริหาร ความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 3) ทักษะการสื่อสาร 4) เจตคติต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยง 5) การบริหารความเสี่ยง แบบมีส่วนร่วม และ 6) แรงจููงใจในการบริหารความเสี่ยงตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน และตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือชุดที่ 2-6 โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคได้ค่าเท่ากับ .92, .95, .90, .94 และ .96 ตามลำดับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติแจกแจงความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสหสัมพันธ์ ของเพียร์สันผลการศึกษาพบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีพฤติกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยงโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงปัจจัยแรงจูงใจในการบริหารความเสี่ยงทักษะการสื่อสารการบริหารความเสี่ยงแบบมีส่วนร่วม และเจตคติต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงมีความสัมพันธ์ ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับพฤติกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาล วิชาชีพ (r=.601, r=.560, r=.468 และ r=.321, p<.001 ตามลำดับ) ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ใน การพัฒนารูปแบบส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยงของพยาบาลวิชาชีพได้
