บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการข้อมูลด้านยาและความสัมพันธ์ของลักษณะพื้นฐานของกลุ่มผู้ป่วยกับความต้องการข้อมูลด้านยาของกลุ่มผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีและผู้ป่วยเอดส์ ที่มารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลหลวงพ่อทวีศักดิ์ ชุตินฺธโร อุทิศ
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: เป็นการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์ สัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างตามแบบสัมภาษณ์รายบุคคล โดยผู้วิจัย ใช้การสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 198 ราย ช่วงเดือน กันยายน - ธันวาคม 2562 วิเคราะห์ผลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ และ สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ Pearson chi-square
ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ชายมากกว่าผู้หญิง โดยร้อยละ 81.82 มีอายุอยู่ในช่วงวัยทำงาน 31 -60 ปี ร้อยละ 42.93 มีการศึกษาสูงสุดระดับประถมศึกษา มีอาชีพที่สัมพันธ์กับระดับการศึกษา ได้แก่ รับจ้าง ร้อยละ 28.28 และไม่มีอาชีพ ร้อยละ 13.13 พบร้อยละ 34.34 มีระยะเวลาเป็นโรค 6-10 ปี ความต้องการข้อมูลด้านยาด้านเนื้อหา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการข้อมูลระดับสูงมากที่สุด ด้านรูปแบบการให้ข้อมูล ส่วนมาก พบว่า ร้อยละ 46.97 ต้องการการให้ข้อมูลโดยวาจาอย่างเดียว ร้อยละ 42.43 ต้องการข้อมูลด้านยาทุกครั้งที่มาพบแพทย์ ร้อยละ 31.31 ต้องการได้ข้อมูลเมื่อเริ่มการรักษาหรือเมื่อมีการปรับเปลี่ยนยา ร้อยละ 48.99 ไม่จำกัดเวลาในการให้ข้อมูล ส่วนช่องทางในการหาข้อมูลที่สะดวกที่สุดได้จาก พยาบาล ผู้ประสานงานผู้ป่วยเอชไอวี อินเทอร์เน็ต/สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และเภสัชกรที่โรงพยาบาล ตามลำดับ เลือกเชื่อถือข้อมูลจากพยาบาลผู้ประสานงานผู้ป่วยเอชไอวีมากที่สุด พบความสัมพันธ์ที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ของความต้องการข้อมูลด้านยากับเพศ อายุและการศึกษา
สรุป: ความต้องการด้านยาตามผลการศึกษานี้ สะท้อนถึงช่องว่างการให้บริการด้านยาของโรงพยาบาล ตามความเห็นของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์กับความต้องการของผู้ป่วย การปรับการให้บริการตามผลการศึกษาจะทำให้ลดช่องว่างดังกล่าวได้
