บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพี่อศึกษาถึงอัตราการกลับเป็นใหม่และภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังการลอกต้อเนื้อโดยการใช้สารมัยโตมัยชิน ซี ความเข้มข้นต่ำ (0.005%) ร่วมด้วยขณะผ่าตัด
วิธีการ: เป็นการศึกษาย้อนหลังในผู้ป่วยต้อเนื้อชนิดหัวเดียว และยังไม่เคยผ่านการลอก ต้อเนื้อมาก่อน จำนวน 252 ราย ตั้งแต่ตุลาคม 2545 ถึงกันยายน 2547 รวม ระยะเวลา2 ปี ผู้ป่วยทุกรายได้รับการผ่าตัดลอกต้อเนื้อโดยใช้สารมัยโตมัยชิน ซี (0.005%) เป็นเวลา 30 วินาที ทำการผ่าตัดโดยจักษุแพทย์ท่านเดียว โดยศึกษา ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับอายุ เพศ อัตราการกลับเป็นใหม่ และภาวะแทรกซ้อน
ผลการศึกษา: พบผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดมาตรวจติดตามน้อยกว่า 6 เดือน จำนวน 180 ราย (ร้อยละ 71.4) โดยในผู้ป่วย 180 ราย มีผู้ป่วยกลับเป็นใหม่ 6 ราย มีผู้ป่วยเข้า รับการตรวจติดตามมากกว่า 6 เดือน จำนวน 72 ราย (ร้อยละ 28.6) ในจำนวน นี้เป็นเพศชาย 14 ราย (ร้อยละ 19.4) เพศหญิง 58 ราย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 60.27 ปี (พิสัย 38-80 ปี) มีค่าเฉลี่ยของการตรวจติดตามที่ 16.5 เดือน มีการกลับเป็น ใหม่ 7 ราย (ร้อยละ 9.72) พบไม่มีการเกิดภาวะแทรกช้อนที่รุนแรง
สรุป: การใช้สารมัยโตมัยชิน ซี ความเข้มข้นต่ำ (0.005%) ร่วมขณะลอกต้อเนื้อมีอัตราการกลับเป็นใหม่ต่ำและปลอดภัย
