บทคัดย่อ
ปัญหา/ที่มาของการศึกษาวิจัย: ภาวะลำไส้กลืนกันของไส้ติ่งเป็นภาวะที่พบไม่บ่อยนัก การวินิจฉัยก่อนผ่าตัดทำได้ยาก อาการและอาการแสดงคล้ายคลึงกับภาวะไส้ติ่งอักเสบ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพี่อนำเสนอผู้ป่วยภาวะลำไส้กลืนกันของไส้ติ่ง
รูปแบบการศึกษา: รายงานผู้ป่วย
สถานที่ศึกษา: กลุ่มงานศัลยกรรม โรงพยาบาลบุรีรัมย์
ตัวอย่างและวิธีการศึกษา: รายงานผู้ป่วยเด็กชายอายุ 12 ปี มีอาการไส้ติ่งอักเสบ ซึ่งส่งต่อจาก โรงพยาบาลชุมชน ได้รับการรักษาโดยการผ่าตัด พบว่ามีภาวะลำไส้กลืนกันของ ไส้ติ่ง ยืนยันจากผลตรวจพยาธิวิทยา
สรุป: ผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะลำไส้กลืนกันของไส้ติ่งอาจมาด้วยอาการไส้ติ่งอักเสบ การวินิจฉัยทางรังสิวิทยาก่อนผ่าตัดทำได้จำกัด
