บทคัดย่อ
การบูรณะฟันด้วยพอร์ซเลนวีเนียร์ ถือเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งในการบูรณะฟันเพื่อความสวยงามที่ อนุรักษ์เนื้อฟัน มีความแข็งแรง และมีอัตราความสำเร็จอยู่ในระดับที่น่าพอใจ บทความนี้เป็นรายงาน ผู้ป่วยชายไทยอายุ27ปีมีปัญหาขาดความสวยงามของฟันเนื่องจากฟันมีสีดำคล้ำ จากยาเตตราไซคลิน ได้ให้การรักษาผู้ป่วยโดยการบูรณะด้วยพอร์ซเลนวีเนียร์ในฟันหน้าบน 6 ซี่ และฟันกรามน้อยซี่ที่ 1 ข้าง ซ้ายและข้างขวา อย่างละ 1 ซี่ รวมทั้งหมด 8 ซี่ การรักษาประสบผลสำเร็จ สามารถปัดสีที่คล้ำได้ และทำให้ฟันดูขาวขึ้นอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ ผู้ป่วยมีความพึงพอใจกับผลการรักษา
