Abstract
Porcelain veneer is one of the alternative treatment in restorative dentistry because this optional treatment provides esthetic requirement, tooth preservation, strength and acceptable success rate. This case report is presented thai man complaint about tetracycline-stained teeth. Porcelain veneer was indicated to correct this discoloration problem. After apply the veneer on labial surface of upper anterior and upper first premolar teeth, it can solve tooth-color problem consistency, achieve esthetic physiologically form and the patient satisfied with the result of treatment
