บทคัดย่อ
ความวิการใต้สันกระดูกปริทันต์ของฟันกรามล่างซี่ที่สองซึ่งเกิดภายหลังการผ่าตัดฟันกรามคุดล่างซี่ที่สาม เป็นสถานการณ์ที่จัดการยากอย่างหนึ่งสำหรับทันตแพทย์ การชักนำให้เกิดเนื้อเยื่อคืนสภาพร่วมกับการใช้เนื้อเยื่อปลูกถ่ายเอกพันธุ์เป็นหนึ่งในวิธีการรักษาที่ประสบผลสำเร็จ เพื่อให้เกิดการคืนสภาพเนื้อเยื่อปริทันต์ในตำแหน่งความวิการนั้น ผู้ป่วยหญิงไทยอายุ 44 ปีมาด้วยอาการนำ ปวดเหงือกและมีเลือดออกจากเหงือกบริเวณฟันกรามล่างขวา ซึ่งในสุดให้ประวัติว่าเคยผ่าฟันกรามคุดล่างในตำแหน่งดังกล่าวไปเมื่อ 9 ปีที่แล้ว ถูกส่งมาปรึกษาทันตแพทย์เฉพาะ ทางปริทันตวิทยา จากการตรวจทางคลินิกและภาพถ่ายรังสีพบว่ามีร่องลึกปริทันต์ ความวิการใต้สันกระดูกปริทันต์ ชนิด3 ผนังร่วมกับความวิการง่ามรากฟันโดยแผนการรักษาคือใช้วิธีการสร้างอวัยวะยึดเกาะใหม่โดยใช้เนื้อเยื่อปลูกถ่ายเอกพันธุ์ชนิดแช่แข็งแห้งปราศจากแคลเซียมหรือดีเอฟดีบีเอ ร่วมกับแผ่นกั้นชนิดสลายได้ ผลการรักษาสามารถ เพิ่มระยะยึดเกาะทางคลินิกและลดร่องลึกปริทันต์ได้อาการปวดเหงือกและเลือดออกจากร่องเหงือกลดลง ผลการรักษาเป็นที่พึงพอใจแก่ผู้ป่วย
