บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันความสวยงามเป็นที่ต้องการมากขึ้นในการรักษาทางทันตกรรม การเกิดช่องว่างสามเหลี่ยมสีดำระหว่างฟันทำให้เกิดปัญหาสำคัญทางด้านความสวยงาม โดยเฉพาะในบริเวณฟันหน้า วิธีการจัดการช่องว่างดังกล่าวสามารถทำได้หลายวิธี ได้แก่ การทำศัลยกรรมปริทันต์ตกแต่งเหงือก การทำแผ่นเหงือกเทียม การรักษาทางทันตกรรมจัดฟันและการรักษาทางทันตกรรมบูรณะ
รายงานผู้ป่วยนี้ ได้นำเสนอหลักพิจารณาและขั้นตอนทางคลินิกในการบูรณะฟันโดยตรงด้วยเรซิน คอมโพสิตเพื่อปิดช่องสามเหลี่ยมสีดำระหว่างฟันหน้าขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งเป็นวิธีที่ทำได้ง่าย ปลอดภัยและประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย ทั้งนี้ในการบูรณะฟันจำเป็นต้องยึดหลักพื้นฐานของความสวยงามในการประเมินรอยยิ้มที่เหมาะสม รวมถึงพิจารณาองค์ประกอบต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เกิดผลสำเร็จของการรักษาและเป็นที่น่าพึงพอใจสูงสุด
