The Gingival Black Triangles Closure with Resin Composite Restorations: A Case Report

Abstract
Demand of esthetic dentistry have recently increased rapidly. The presence of gingival black triangles lead to great concern about the cosmetic problems ,especially in the anterior region. Many therapeutic approaches use for the correction including the periodontal surgery, gingival veneer ,orthodontic treatment and restorative dentistry.
The aim of this article is to describe the considerations and clinical step for treatment of large anterior gingival black triangles by direct composite resin restorations which is a minimally invasive technique ,inexpensive and simple. However, the consideration of smile analysis is required in order to get the desirable results.
