The Quality Development of Maternal and Child for Reduce Medical Conflicts in Public Health Service Sisaket Province

Abstract
Background: Medical Service recipients who have received basic medical assistance under Section 41 of the National Health Security Act 2010-2055 in Sisaket Province are mostly obstetric patients. Therefore, the prevention of the damage of the patient's obstetrician. It is necessary to benefit the service.
Objective: The study aimed to study the situation of medical conflict issues in Maternal and child health services and Quality Development of Maternal and child for Reduce Medical conflicts In Public Health Service Sisaket province.
Setting: 22 setting all of community hospital in Sisaket province.
Methods: This research was performed in the action research from Kimmis & McTaggart There are 4 steps: 1) analyze the situation 2) follow the plan 3) observe the plan and 4) reflect the performance Follow up. data were collected from 2012 to 2017 and analyzed by descriptive statistics.
Result: The study findings there was from 2013 - 2014 expenditure, all of the obstetric patients receiving care were monitored through from the Maternal Child Health Development Program (MCH Board) obstetric patients who were considered for assistance under section 41 Shoulder dystocia and brachial plexus palsydecrease but perinatal motility Postpartum haemorrhage maternal death increase In 2015, the MCH Board reviewed and improved maternal and child health. The results when comparing obstetric conflict issues for primary aid applications under Section 41, 2016 and 2012 before the caregiver is cared for by a series of programs administered by the faculty. Mother and Child Health Committee It was found that the caregivers were supervised by a series of programs organized by the Maternal and Child Health Committee. Considered to be assisted under section 41 from the previous year 2012, a decrease of 8.2 percent.the research found that obstetric patients receiving care under the developed program in 2016. Conflicts were considered aid under Section 41 reduction.
Conclusion: The results of this research can be used as a guide to managing medical conflict management of Maternal and child For the chief executive in policy making in the implementation of the model developed and expanded service network in the following .
