          Illness is one of the fundamental of human being’s experience and medication also one of four requisites. Medical professionals respones for providing health care to patient including examination, diagnosis making and treatment. Nowadays patient’s expectation in medical care is apparently developed. Nevertheless uncertainty of medical care outcome is varied depending on complexity of patient’s diseases and conditions. Medical error should be considered as inevitable error as the same of every human activity. Medical professionals therefore engage with high responsibility for patient’s life and risk of lawsuit against medical errors.
