An Analysis on the Job Quantity During 2008-2009 in the Clinical Pathology Organization

Abstract

Background: This research is conducted owing to the problem seen upon an improper amount of staff versus existing jobs availability.
Objective: To analyze the proper number of manpower versus job quantity in each department and further manage for a ratio sufficiency.
Materials and Methods: The data used for this study is the statistical number from the Clinical Pathology Department collected during 1 October 2008 - 30 September 2009.
Result: This research found that the number of staff in Hematology department is most fit to the job amount while job quantity in other 4 sections turns out to be far more than the existing manpower
