Choledochal Cyst : A Case Report

Abstract

     A case report of choledochal cyst with stone in a 20 year-old man who presented with abdominal pain and nuasea vomiting, the sonogram of upper abdomen reveals cystic dilatation of distal CBD and multiple stones within the cyst. He was treated by explore with cholecystectomy, explore CBD and choledochoduodinostomy. Histopathology of the section of cystic bile duct is mild chronic choledochitis. The result of surgery was good.
