A Case Report : Acute Puerperal Uterine Inversion

Abstract
A 27 years old pregnant woman had severe lower Abdominal pain with hypovolemic shock due to acute puerperal uterine inversion which was the rare incidence. Acute puerperal uterine inversion was found in adherent placenta, abnormal uterine contraction, placental removal, increased abdominal pressure, incorrect care in 3rd stage of labour and given magnesium sulfate intramuscular or intravenous. Johnson .Henderson and Alles’s maneuver was done without any complication. The patient was safely discharged on the fifth day after admission.
