Abstract

ขุมความรู้ เป็นแหล่งความรู้ ที่รวบรวมจากประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน เป็น กลเม็ด เคล็ดลับ หรือ เทคนิค เฉพาะตัวที่ใช้แล้วได้ผลในการปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งเป็นความรู้ที่เกิดจากการบูรณาการของความรู้โดยนัย (Tacit knowledge) และ ความรู้ชัดเเจ้ง (Explicit knowledge) ที่ถูกเก็บสะสมในตัวบุคคล นำมาแบ่งปันแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ในบทความนี้จะกล่าวถึง ความสำคัญของการสร้างขุมความรู้ด้านการเรียนการสอนทางการพยาบาล อธิบายถึง กระบวนการก่อนจะมาเป็นขุมความรู้ด้านการเรียนการสอนทางการพยาบาล ตลอดจนขุมความรู้ด้านการเรียน การสอนทางการพยาบาล

The Knowledge Assets for Nursing Instruction

The accumulation of knowledge through practical experience and techniques used in the workplace brings about a valuable resource that can be shared with others. It is an integration of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. This paper discusses the importance of the creation and compilation of materials for nursing instruction and describes the processes that lead to the creation of such knowledge, as well as the knowledge for nursing instruction.
