ผลของการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ต่อความรู้ การปฏิบัติการคัดกรองและการให้คำแนะนำในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มและวัดผลสองครั้งก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ ต่อความรู้การปฏิบัติการคัดกรองและการให้คำแนะนำในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในอำเภอเกาะคา จังหวัดลำปางจำนวน 40 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มที่ได้รับการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ 20 ราย และกลุ่มที่ได้รับคำแนะนำตามปกติจากเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข จำนวน 20 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ 1)เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองประกอบด้วยชุดการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์อุปกรณ์ประกอบการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ และคู่มือความรู้เรื่องโรคมะเร็งลำไส้สำหรับ อสม. 2)เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามความรู้และแบบสังเกตการปฏิบัติการคัดกรอง และแบบสังเกตการปฏิบัติการให้คำแนะนำในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและ สถิติอ้างอิง McNemar test และ Fisher’s Exact test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับคะแนนความรู้การปฏิบัติการคัดกรอง และการปฏิ บัติ การให้คำแนะนำในการป้องกันโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ภายหลังได้รับ การเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001) และภายหลังได้รับการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ กลุ่มทดลองมี ระดับคะแนนสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p=.003, p<.001, p<.001) ตามลำดับ
