Guidelines for actions related to violations of publication and publication ethicsThe editorial team will address written complaints regarding actions that may violate the author's ethics or the Journal of Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital's policies. The editorial team of the journal will carry out the following:

1. Upon receipt of a written complaint and/or detection of acts that may violate the author's ethics, the editorial board of the journal will search for information to find out the facts from both the author and the empirical evidence.

2. If the results of the implementation of Clause 1 are accurate and true, the action will be considered based on the information, with priority given to its impact on the person or agency concerned. The highest action that the Journal of Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital can take is to revoke the article without removing it from the online system, but it will expect the message "Retracted Article" and disqualify the journal from publication for a period of 3 years from the date of the revocation of the article, and it will make a record to notify the author's parent agency (in case of affiliation), and if such action affects the journal or other agencies, the information will be coordinated to be notified for the same (by taking action later depending on the journal or agency). The editorial team will communicate to the author what will be done.

This is officially announced from December 2, 2025, onwards.
