คอมเพล็กซ์โอดอนโทมาขนาดใหญ่ในเด็ก : รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

บทคัดย่อ
โอดอนโทมาเป็นเนื้องอกต้นกำเนิดสาเหตุจากฟันชนิดไม่ร้ายแรงที่พบมากที่สุด พบมากในผู้ป่วยอายุ10-20 ปี ส่วนใหญ่มักไม่แสดงอาการ อาจพบโดยบังเอิญจากภาพถ่ายรังสี แบ่งเป็น 2 ชนิดคือ คอมพาวนด์โอดอนโทมาและคอมเพล็กซ์โอดอนโทมา รายงานนี้เป็นกรณีศึกษาของผู้ป่วยเด็กอายุ 5 ปี มีคอมเพล็กซ์โอดอนโทมาขนาดใหญ่ที่กระดูกขากรรไกรล่างด้านซ้ายร่วมกับฟันคุดสองซี่ ทำให้ใบหน้าบวมไม่สมมาตรกัน ให้การรักษาโดยการผ่าตัดควักออกทั้งหมดจากภายในช่องปาก หลังติดตามผลการรักษา 7 เดือน พบว่ามีการหายของกระดูกเป็นปกติ ไม่พบลักษณะการกลับเป็นซ้ำ ฟันคุดทั้งสองซี่เคลื่อนเข้าใกล้สันกระดูกเบ้าฟันมากขึ้น ผู้ป่วยมีรูปหน้าสมมาตรดีขึ้น
