การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบใฝ่บริการ: ทิศทางการบริหารจัดการในองค์การพยาบาล

บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะผู้นำแบบใฝ่บริการ คือ แบบการบริหารของผู้นำที่เน้นการปฏิบัติเป็นตัวอย่าง การให้ความสนใจในการส่งเสริมทีมให้ได้รับการพัฒนา การให้ความสำคัญด้านคุณธรรม การส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์อันดีอย่างแท้จริงระหว่างผู้นำและทีมในองค์กร การบริหารแบบใฝ่บริการทำให้ทีมเกิดความสุขในการปฏิบัติงาน ได้รับการเสริมพลังส่งผลให้การปฏิบัติงานประสบความสำเร็จ บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอผลการสังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะของภาวะผู้นำแบบใฝ่บริการในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน และทิศทางการนำแนวคิดภาวะผู้นำแบบใฝ่บริการ มาใช้พัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานของผู้นำทางการพยาบาล เพื่อให้องค์การเกิดการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
